These Terms govern your use of remotiveai.com and any services we provide. By using the site or engaging us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Services
We provide software design, development, scaling, AI integration and related consulting. The specific deliverables, timelines and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or statement of work (“SOW”), which prevails over these Terms where they conflict.
Engagements, quotes & payment
Estimates and fixed-price ranges are indicative until confirmed in an SOW. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due within 14 days. Overdue amounts may pause work and accrue interest as permitted by law. You agree to provide timely access, information and approvals, and to ensure you hold the rights to any materials or data you give us.
Intellectual property
On full payment, you own the custom deliverables we create for you under an SOW. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how, and grant you a license to use them as part of the deliverables. Third-party and open-source components remain under their own licenses.
Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other’s confidential information and use it only to perform the engagement. This does not apply to information that is public, independently developed, or lawfully received from a third party.
Warranties & liability
We perform services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, the site and services are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, and each party’s total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the preceding 12 months.
Term & termination
Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the SOW, or for a material breach that is not cured within a reasonable period. You will pay for work performed up to termination.
Governing law, changes & contact
These Terms are governed by the laws stated in your SOW, or otherwise by the laws applicable at our principal place of business. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions? Email legal@remotiveai.com.
